备料:五花肉、八角、桂皮、香叶、花椒、干辣椒、葱姜片、蚝油、老抽、生抽、盐、冰糖

第五步、生抽、老抽、蚝油、盐、一瓶啤酒,再参加适量的水烧开

第六步、把五花肉下入锅中大火烧开转小火煮上45分钟摆布

第七步、出锅此前开大火收汁,再把香料拿进去便大概了
